We at Brytec have designed and built our own inline filler for 1 liter bottles. Our machine is not fully automated as you have to load the bottles on. This machine can be supplied with cap sorter and placing chute to put the caps on the bottles; a auto cap tightener; and thermal coder.

It will require a single phrase supply plus compressed air. Fill and cap 2000 / 1 litre screw top bottles per hour and will automatically date the caps.

Dimensions of the machine – total length is approximately 4000mm by 1000mm.

Conveyor can be extended.

Tables sizes can be increased to meet customers requirements.
