Specifications

This is a three-tank system (wash, caustic cleaning, and final sanitizer).

The washer can hold 6 crates at any one time.

Each wash cycle takes 30 seconds. A full cycle for one crate will take a total of 180seconds.

This bottle washer will wash the traditional pint bottle up to the screw top liter bottle and can do anything in between.

Unit size of bottle washer with no table at the start or end –

Length- 3200mm     Width- 1070mm       Height – 1410mm.

***Tables at the start / end can be made to customers specification.

Bottle washer can be steam or electrical heated.

Poly carb doors will be fitted to the front of the washer which can be removed for cleaning.

Wire grids can be purchased to fit size of bottles.
