Lot 017- We have used Elba 80 butter maker in excellent condition. It can be used with maximum quantity of 32kg of cream at a time and a minimum quantity of 15kg: 32kg of cream will produce around 16kg of butter. It is a equipped with a 86L capacity volume tank.

230v single-phase power supply.

This Elba 80 model does not have any paddles for churning the cream. It can be easily used on either the floor or suitable work surface.
